family therapy--> brief therapy--> solution focused therapy
易上手，但難精，可能是因為工作員本身/專業培訓中，problem solving根深蒂固。。。

推薦兩本書。。。
《尋解訪談(Interviewing for Solutions)》;
《尋解導向治療——初探篇》
生瓜變熟瓜
